Hello and welcome to my Fatty Foods blog. I have been on a fitness kick since October 2015 in aim to lose 7 stone of fat, but also gain muscle mass and an exceptionally better level of fitness, knowledge and generally improve my liftstyle for the better. I decided to make this blog to share you with you my opinions, the knowledge I have learn’t on my journey and also share with you the best things on the market to help assist with that strong commitment to becoming fitter. When it comes to blogging, I can honestly say this is the first time I have done anything like this, but if I can help just one person gain a better edge on their road to becoming fitter, then I have hit my goal.
I also think that this blog would help me in maintaining my level of focus towards my goal and hopefully you guys can contribute your top tips and opinions so as a whole we can become stronger together 🙂
